This is a non-commercial showcase and demonstration website for VCbrain. It is informational only: we do not sell goods or services, take payments, or carry out transactions here. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding commitment, and using it does not create a contract between you and us.

Most of the interactive demo runs on illustrative mock data. Two tabs are clearly-labelled live surfaces (“Live brief” and “Ask company brain”) that make real model calls. The site is not the production product and any figures shown are illustrative.

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it. Do not submit real personal data or confidential information into the demo. The gated areas are for invited evaluation only; keep access credentials confidential.

The site, its content and branding are owned by VCbrain or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and open-source projects referenced (for example gbrain and gstack, both MIT-licensed, and vendor marks shown in “Built with”) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Content may change or be unavailable. Demo outputs are illustrative and must not be relied upon for investment or other decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, VCbrain is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the “last updated” date reflects the current version.
